An Iranian TV journalist who was stabbed in Wimbledon says he and his wife are staying at a “safe place” after he was discharged from hospital.

36-year-old Pouria Zeraati was targeted in the leg outside his home on Friday.

The motive is not yet clear but following recent threats towards UK-based Iranian journalists, the probe’s being led by counter-terrorism officers.
