Engineering works to replace around 1,000 meters of track are taking place on the South Western Railway network.
Graffiti will also be cleared and a level crossing upgrade at Egham will be carried out following reports about its phasing.
Buses will replace trains between Hounslow, Staines and Windsor & Eton Riverside for Saturday to Monday.
