The 10-year-old was found dead at her home in Woking last month, after her father, his partner and his brother fled the UK.
A police spokesperson in Jhelum says 10 close relatives have been taken into custody.
Surrey Police are still seeking information to help them gain a picture of Sara’s life and have posters in English and Urdu at Woking’s railway station and taxi ranks.
