Residents are encouraged to head to Kew Gardens by Elizabeth Gate between 11am and 1pm to get their bikes marked and registered with Bike Register.
There were an estimated 237,000 bike thefts across England and Wales last year.
Bike Register marking kits can reduce the likelihood of bicycle theft by 83%.
