The council says one of the fines handed out was to the owner of a car who had accrued £11,000 in unpaid penalty charge notices.
A blue badge is a parking permit for people with severe mobility problems that allows them to park closer to their destination.
The crackdown will now be expanded to remove more illegal badges and unroadworthy vehicles from Croydon’s streets.
