The Drive Project will be rolled out across England and Wales over the next four year.
The pilot, which began in 2016 and expanded to Croydon in 2018, has seen incidents of physical abuse drop by 82%.
Incidents of sexual abuse have dropped by as much as 88%.
It’s also seen perpetrators offered support with drug and alcohol misuse and handed protection orders.
